Burning fat and losing weight is one of the biggest challenges a person will face. The human body functions to store calories for a time when food is not available. However, in modern times, starvation is the least of most people’s worries. Instead, obesity is increasing at a rapid rate throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and most of Europe. There is rarely a need for food and often a need to monitor caloric intake. For all those people who want to lose weight, the body is programmed to work against them. It takes exercise, and healthy eating to achieve weight loss results.
