Question by Almane: How often should I work muscle groups to get the fastest results?
I am doing the max-ot program (which tells me to rest five days in between working a certain muscle group) is it effective. If not what is?

If you do complete body workout 3 times a week you will see results fast.

But keep in mind that if/when your muscles hurt after a workout, do not train until the pain is gone because muscles grow when they rest and they need rest during pain. So in the beginning your schedule may vary.

Question by 007Bondfire: What is the best supplement to increase muscle bulk with?
I am looking to bulk up and I am currently on cytogainer. Although it is working ok and I have gained some weight and strength I am looking for something a little more, obviously without taking a steriod. If you know of any muscle maximizers that will add more muscle to me but minimize the fat that would help greatly. Thanks!

i would agree with the traps, i got massive traps without even trying just from years of carrying shopping bags up and down stairs and over long distances, they dont even require movement to work as long as they are under strain they will be worked well. also you can get them sore by doing just 4 sets of shrugs and nothing else.

am very happy with my traps.
