I’m trying to loose weight , but I want to get lean muscle at the same time. What should I do like what to eat,when, what type of exercises, how many sets and stuff like that. Can you also be really clear and explain with details.

do endurance weight lifting . (less weight and more reps)
30-50 reps
also endurance running!
